A Hindi-speaking accountant for South Wales businesses, on a fixed fee

Hindi-speaking accountant is what owners search for when an HMRC letter lands and the English in it makes no sense. We go through that letter with you in Hindi, then put the next step in writing.

Plenty of firms say somebody in the office speaks Hindi. What matters is whether that person picks up when the VAT return is due. We answer the phone, agree the fee before we start, and tax investigation cover is included free for every client.

In one lineSupreme Consultants is an AAT licensed accountancy practice in Cardiff Bay where Hindi, Urdu and Farsi are spoken. It handles bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, year-end accounts and tax for South Wales businesses on a fixed fee agreed before work starts, with tax investigation cover included free for every client.

Can you really talk to your accountant? Three questions.

Answer with the buttons and you get a straight read, with no email needed.

Question 1 of 3

Can you explain a problem to your accountant in the language you think in?

What you get

Tax investigation cover, included free

If HMRC opens an enquiry we deal with it and you pay us nothing extra. Other firms sell that cover as an add-on for £300 to £1,000 a year.

Your questions answered in Hindi or English

Ring about a VAT return or an HMRC letter and we talk it through in whichever language is easier. Calls, meetings and emails are never charged.

A fixed fee agreed before we start

You see the figure in writing before any work begins. It does not move through the year.

What owners tell us on the first call

These are the three things we hear most often before someone moves to us.

  • “My father runs the shop and he cannot follow a word the accountant says on the phone.”

Every decision waited until someone was free to translate, and one VAT return went in late.

  • “A letter came from HMRC about my VAT and nobody has told me what it actually means.”

It sat in a drawer for three weeks and the date on it passed.

  • “Every time I ring with a quick question it turns up as a line on the next invoice.”

He stopped ringing, so the error in the takings was only found at the year end.

  • What changes once we take it on

We read your HMRC post and explain it in Hindi if that is easier. The next step goes to you in writing. Every deadline for the year is mapped, and you can ring when the figures do not add up without paying for the call.

How this compares with the firm you are with now

Plenty of good accountants look after Hindi-speaking owners. The difference is what happens after you call.

A firm where someone in the office speaks Hindi

The Hindi speaker sits in the office but is not on your file.

Replies come when the person handling your work gets to it.

A ten minute call shows up on the next invoice.

Investigation cover is sold as an add-on at £300 to £1,000 a year.

With Supreme Consultants

You speak to the people doing your accounts, in Hindi or English.

A reply the same working day, or we say that day when to expect it.

Calls, meetings and emails are never charged.

Tax investigation cover is included free for every client.

Eight questions about your current set-up

Answer these honestly and you will know whether moving is worth your time.

  • Can you discuss your accounts in Hindi when English is harder work?

If not, important decisions are waiting on a translator in your family.

  • Do you get a reply the same working day?

A week of silence is how VAT deadlines get missed.

  • Do you know your fee for the year in writing?

Our fee is agreed before any work starts and does not move.

  • Are calls and emails free where you are now?

We never charge for a call, a meeting or an email.

  • Would your accountant handle an HMRC enquiry at no extra cost?

Tax investigation cover is included free for every client here.

  • Is your bookkeeping up to date this month?

We keep records current in cloud software rather than once a year.

  • Has anyone checked your old returns for reliefs you missed?

We read the last few years in your first month with us.

  • Do you know every filing date for the next twelve months?

We map them and tell you what is due before it is due.

What we do for your accounts and tax

I just want to say a big thank you to Mudassir for all the advice, guidance and help he has provided whilst dealing with my accounts and tax returns. From start to finish the service has been excellent and professional. Unlike other accountancy firms they provide a friendly personalised service, I was very clear on the process and was even provided with additional guidance where needed. Highly recommended!

Hindi-speaking accountant: questions people ask

What does a Hindi-speaking accountant cost?

We quote a fixed fee, agreed in writing before any work starts, based on your trade, your turnover and the work you need. It covers the agreed services for the year and does not move. Calls, meetings and emails are never charged on top, so asking a question costs you nothing.

How do I switch from my current accountant?

You answer the questions on this page and Mudassir replies the same working day. If we are a fit, we agree your fee, run your ID checks and write to your current accountant for your records, so you do not have to make that call. HMRC and Companies House then authorise us as your agent.

What happens if HMRC writes to me or opens a check?

Send us the letter and we tell you what it means, in Hindi if that is easier, then deal with HMRC for you. Tax investigation cover is included free for every client. One client owed HMRC around £20,000 and did not know why; we went through every line, filed early and the interest on part of it was written off.

Do I have to change my accounting software?

No. We work with the cloud software you already use and keep your records in it. If you would rather move to Xero we do the migration free for clients. Nothing is switched until you have said yes and we have told you what changes on your side.

Is a Hindi-speaking accountant useful if my English is fine?

Often the owner is comfortable in English and a parent or business partner is not. Hindi, Urdu and Farsi are spoken here, so whoever is in the meeting can follow it. We still put everything in writing in English afterwards, so the record is clear for HMRC and for your bank.

Is there any business you will not take on?

Yes. We do not act for CIS construction subcontractors or prepare charity accounts, and we cannot take on a business already late in an HMRC investigation. We say so at the first reply rather than later. Everything else trading in South Wales or Bristol is worth a conversation, whatever the entity type.
