A Farsi-speaking accountant in Cardiff who answers when you call

Farsi-speaking accountant searches usually come from owners who are fine in English all day, then hit a VAT letter or a corporation tax bill and want it explained in the language they think in.

Mudassir speaks Farsi, and almost no other accountant in Cardiff does. That matters at the point where a letter from HMRC uses words nobody has translated for you. Tax investigation cover is included free for every client, and every HMRC investigation we have handled, we have won.

In one lineSupreme Consultants is an AAT licensed accountancy practice in Cardiff Bay. Mudassir Dehghani speaks Farsi, so Farsi-speaking owners across South Wales can go through VAT, payroll, accounts and HMRC letters in their own language. Work is priced as a fixed fee agreed before it starts, with tax investigation cover included.

Is your accountant reachable when it matters? Three questions.

Answer with the buttons, nothing to type and no email needed.

Question 1 of 3

Does your accountant reply the same working day?

What you get

Tax investigation cover at no extra cost

If HMRC opens an enquiry, we deal with it and you are not billed for it. Every investigation we have handled, we have won.

The tax part explained in Farsi

Mudassir will take a VAT letter or a tax calculation through with you in Farsi until you know exactly what it says and what to do.

A fee you know before we start

We agree a fixed fee in writing. Calls, meetings and emails are never added to it, so you can ring on the day the letter lands.

What owners tell us before they move

These are the three things we hear most from Farsi-speaking business owners in South Wales.

  • “I understood every word of the HMRC letter except the ones that mattered, and my accountant just forwarded it on.”

He missed the response date and picked up a surcharge that one phone call would have avoided.

  • “My English is fine for the shop, but when it comes to tax I would rather speak Farsi.”

She stopped asking the small questions, and two years of allowable costs went unclaimed.

  • “I asked a short question in March and heard back in April, with an invoice attached.”

He started guessing at his VAT instead of asking, and the corrections took a day to unpick.

  • What changes once we take it on

You get a number you can ring and a person on the other end who speaks your language. VAT, payroll, accounts, corporation tax and self assessment go into a calendar for the year ahead. When HMRC writes, you send it to us and we answer it.

How this compares with an English-only firm

Plenty of Cardiff firms do solid work. The difference shows up when a technical point needs explaining.

A firm with no Farsi speaker

The HMRC letter arrives forwarded, with a short note.

Technical points are explained in English only.

A ten-minute call can appear on the invoice.

Investigation cover is sold to you as an extra.

With Supreme Consultants

Mudassir reads the letter through with you in Farsi.

The fixed fee is agreed in writing before work starts.

Calls, meetings and emails are never charged for.

Tax investigation cover is included for every client.

Eight things to check about your current set-up

Answer each one yes or no about how things work today.

  • Can you explain a tax point to your accountant in the language you think in?

When you cannot, detail gets lost on the way in and on the way back.

  • Did you see your fee in writing before any work started?

A fee agreed up front is the only way you know what a year costs.

  • Have you been invoiced for a phone call in the last year?

Billed calls train you to sit on questions until they become expensive.

  • Is your VAT return filed before the deadline rather than on it?

Filing early leaves room to fix an error before HMRC sees it.

  • Do you know roughly what your next tax bill will be?

Knowing the number in advance is what stops it arriving as a shock.

  • Has anyone checked whether your payments on account are too high?

Overstated payments on account hand HMRC money you could be using.

  • Would someone handle an HMRC enquiry without charging you extra?

Our cover is included for every client, so the answer here is always yes.

  • Are your bookkeeping records up to date this month?

Records that lag by months turn every question into a research job.

I just want to say a big thank you to Mudassir for all the advice, guidance and help he has provided whilst dealing with my accounts and tax returns. From start to finish the service has been excellent and professional. Unlike other accountancy firms they provide a friendly personalised service, I was very clear on the process and was even provided with additional guidance where needed. Highly recommended!

How switching to us works

Most of it happens without you doing much.

  1. Before you join

    A free introductory chat

Tell us where things stand, in Farsi or English. If we cannot genuinely help, we will say so.

  2. Week one

ID checks and your fee agreed

We complete your ID checks, put the fixed fee in writing, and write to your current accountant for your records. You do not have that conversation.

  3. First month

A full review of your filings

We go through past accounts, tax returns and HMRC records. This is where missed reliefs, payments on account set too high and appealable penalties turn up.

  4. By ninety days

    Every deadline in the calendar

VAT, payroll, accounts, corporation tax and self assessment are diarised for the year. We also talk through how you pay yourself.

Who we are not right for

We do not act for CIS construction subcontractors.

We do not take on charities.

We do not take on a business that is already late in an HMRC investigation.

If none of those apply to you, run the check and we will tell you straight whether we are a fit.

Farsi-speaking accountant: questions people ask

What does a Farsi-speaking accountant cost?

You pay one fixed monthly fee, agreed in writing before any work starts. The figure depends on turnover, whether you are VAT registered, how many transactions there are, payroll numbers and how tidy the records are. Calls, meetings and emails are never charged on top. We quote after the introductory chat rather than guess.

How do I switch from my current accountant?

You tell us yes and we do the rest. We complete your ID checks, write to your current accountant for professional clearance so your records come across, and get appointed as your agent with HMRC and Companies House. The handover is free, the first month is free, and moving your bookkeeping to Xero is free.

What happens if HMRC writes to me or opens a check?

Send the letter to us the day it arrives and we deal with HMRC directly. Tax investigation cover is included free for every client, so there is no extra bill for the work. Mudassir will go through what HMRC is asking for in Farsi so you know exactly what is happening at each stage.

Do I have to change my bookkeeping software?

No. We work with what you already use, and most clients carry on exactly as they are. If you want to move to Xero we migrate you across at no charge and set the bank feeds and chart of accounts up for you. The decision stays yours and nothing changes without your say-so.

Are the accounts and tax returns themselves in English?

Yes. Accounts, VAT returns and tax filings go to HMRC and Companies House in English, because that is what they require. The conversations, the explanations and the questions you ask us can be in Farsi. So you understand every figure before it is filed in your name.

Do I need to be in Cardiff to use a Farsi-speaking accountant here?

No. We are at Titan House in Cardiff Bay and act for clients in Newport, Swansea, Caerphilly, Barry, Port Talbot and Bristol, plus others further afield who work with us entirely remotely. You can meet us in person, work by phone and email, or mix the two.
