How quickly will I hear back from you?
The same working day, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If your question needs proper digging into, we still come back that day to tell you when you’ll have the full answer. Weekend messages get picked up on Monday morning.
What happens after I send this message?
Mudassir or Shaista reads it and replies with any questions, then we book a free introductory chat. On that call you tell us where things stand, we tell you whether we can genuinely help, and we put a fixed fee in writing before any work starts.
Am I committing to anything by sending this?
No. The introductory chat costs nothing and there’s no obligation at the end of it. If you do come on board, the fee is fixed and agreed in writing first, and calls, meetings and emails are never charged for.
